Stop on cue.
Infinite scroll removed the natural stopping points your brain relies on. StopCue brings one back, before you open the app, so you decide the ending instead of the feed.
- 1
Pick your apps
Choose the feeds you want to control: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, anything.
- 2
Decide your ending
When you open one, set minutes and/or a number of reels. Say it out loud if you like.
- 3
Get your cue
A quiet countdown, then a chime and a clear “This is your stopping point.” One +2 minutes, once.
StopCue uses Android’s Accessibility service only to notice which app you opened and to count swipes in the apps you choose. It doesn’t read your screen, and your sessions never leave your phone. Read the privacy policy.
